Q: My child only turns six after the course has started. Is that a problem?

No. Not at all. If your child turns six during the half-year course, they can join from the first session; there is no need to wait for the birthday. The limit applies to the half-year course, not to the day. The same applies at the other end: if your child is sixteen at their first session, they finish the half-year course — a birthday mid-course changes nothing.

Four fixed slots a week: Mon, Wed & Fri at 4 pm, Sat at 10 am, 60 minutes each. Your child trains at one or two of them. We add more slots as demand grows.

First Class

Functional training for ages 6 – 16. Movement education, age-appropriate strength building, playful race elements. Not "mini CrossFit," not competitive pressure. Fixed slots on Mon, Wed & Fri at 4 pm and Sat at 10 am — we match your child into the right group.
