First Class

Every session is part of a four-week plan that builds week by week and closes with a lighter recovery week. You pick your tier, the coach adapts the movement. Large classes with 24–36 spots — always with a coach calling it and watching technique — and smaller classes with 10–20 spots when you want more hands-on correction.

Squat, press, hinge, pull. The big four with progressive overload. Clean technique before more load.

Conditioning

AMRAPs, intervals, mixed-modal workouts. Hybrid athletics that pays off in any race format.

Mixed

Strength plus conditioning in one session. Realistic for life, realistic for race day.
