Your first class · Trial Drop-In · Book in the schedule
Just come by. We take it from there.
Your first visit runs as a Trial Drop-In — a one-off, discounted spot in a regular group class. Book it directly in the schedule. No individual appointment, no sales pitch afterwards.
How your first class runs
Three steps. That’s it.
01
Book.
Pick a class in the schedule that fits and book it as a “Trial Drop-In.” It is cheaper than a regular drop-in — and one per person.
02
Show up.
Come ten minutes before class. We will know your name. You need water, a towel and indoor shoes — the club has the rest.
03
Join in.
A real 60-minute group class. Three tiers in the same hour — Base, Intermediate, Pro. You pick the tier, the coach scales the movement.
Honest answers
Before you book.
- What is a Trial Drop-In?
- A one-off, discounted spot in a regular group class. Book it in the schedule like any other drop-in, just a bit cheaper, once per person.
- Do I need an appointment with a coach first?
- No. You book a class directly in the schedule. You get a short briefing on site. If you want individual coaching, Personal Training is the right route — and it runs separately.
- Do I need to be in shape?
- No. Three tiers in the same hour — Base, Intermediate, Pro. You pick the tier, the coach scales the movement. No watered-down beginner programme, no pressure to compare.
- What happens after the first class?
- You go home. No sales call, no next-day email. If you want to come back, you book the next class in the schedule — or you look at the memberships.
Prefer to start one-on-one?
Personal Training runs differently.
If you would rather start 1:1 — with an intro call, an individual assessment and a plan written just for you — Personal Training is the right entry. We set those appointments up personally.

“I thought I would just get hammered. Instead the coach took two sentences to explain what we were doing and why. No sales pitch — real coaching.”
