We run weekend sessions for kids and teens — scope scales with member interest. Get in touch if you would like to enrol your child.
First ClassFunctional training for ages 6 – 17. Movement education, age-appropriate strength building, playful race elements. Not "mini CrossFit," not competitive pressure. Today Youngstars is not our headline programme — but if you reach out, we match your child into the right group.
