Program · HYROX
Eight stations. Eight kilometres.
Berlin's only HYROX Performance Center — and the world's first. We train in the order your body will live them on race day.
First ClassEight stations, eight kilometre runs — always in the same sequence. What separates HYROX from a CrossFit-format box: the order is fixed. You can train for it. We do — in four-week cycles, with integrated diagnostics and the Kniger Mock as a monthly race simulation.
What is HYROX?
The sport in 60 seconds.
HYROX is a standardised fitness race: 8 stations with 1 km of running between each. The format is identical at every event worldwide — your time is comparable with everyone in your age group, whether they raced in Berlin, Hamburg or Las Vegas.
Four classes: Open (accessible to all), Pro (heavier loads), Doubles (two people) and Relay (four-person team). First-time Open usually under 2 hours, elites finish under 1 hour.
8
Stations
SkiErg, sled push & pull, burpee broad jumps, rowing, farmers carry, sandbag lunges, wall balls.
8 km
Running
1 km between every station — the silent main discipline of HYROX.
~1:30 h

Typical for a first Open race. Pro & Doubles run differently.
Our Classes
HYROX. Distilled.
Eight stations, eight kilometres — trained in the exact order you'll race them. HYROX pairs functional strength work with running in a standardised race that runs the same rules worldwide: 8 × 1 km runs, eight stations in between — SkiErg, sled push, sled pull, burpee broad jumps, wall balls and more. In our classes you train exactly what gets you through that course: strength, endurance, pace, technique, race tactics. Structured to build — for your first race or your next PB.
For you if: this is your first HYROX or you're chasing a faster time.
HYROX Endurance
Stay strong to the last station.
Endurance decides HYROX in the final minutes. This class builds your aerobic base and teaches you to hold a steady pace under load — through varied run intervals, longer efforts and HYROX-specific movements. The foundation for a time that holds from start to finish.
Focus: Endurance · Pacing · Race prep
For you if: you want to build your aerobic base and dial in your race pacing.
HYROX Intervals
Get faster where it counts.
High-intensity run intervals meet functional movements in HYROX style. The constant switching trains your speed, lactate tolerance and your ability to keep performing under high intensity. Every session challenges you differently — and moves you closer to your next target.
Focus: Speed · VO₂max · Resilience
For you if: you want to build speed and hold up under intensity.
HYROX Power
Strength for the stations that hurt.
Sled push, sled pull, farmers carry, wall balls — the power stations decide races. This class builds functional strength and hones your technique so every rep counts. You get stronger, move more efficiently, and save energy for race day.
Focus: Strength · Power · Technique
For you if: you want to gain time and strength on the heavy stations.
HYROX Teams
Cross the line together.
You take on HYROX workouts as a team — motivation, strategy and teamwork matter as much as fitness. Built for anyone training for HYROX Doubles or who wants the energy of training alongside a partner. Train together, get faster together.
Focus: Teamwork · Race feel · Motivation
For you if: you're training for Doubles or you'd rather not push your limits alone.
HYROX 90min
90 minutes. The whole race.
The long session leaves room for everything HYROX demands: technique, running, strength and extended workouts. Your coaches work with you individually, refine your technique and build your capacity — so you're ready to stand at the start line.
Focus: Technique · Endurance · Strength · Race prep
For you if: you want to prepare for your race with time and full-spectrum training.
